This weekend it's time to eat the Mexican. We will try some tacos different from minced meat and stir-fry vegetables. They are grilled chicken, lightly chopped and have a guacamole base. Neither does a topping de melted cheese or tomato sauce.

I was thinking of having tacos for dinner but in my own way hehehe what a coincidence: D
I also have chicken tacos for this weekend, but really Mexican (that's what I'm from there !!!). The chicken breast is cooked and shredded. The tortillas are heated, closed forming the block and closed with the help of a wooden toothpick. They are fried in hot sunflower oil until they are golden brown. They are served by removing the toothpick and covering with thick cream and finely cut lettuce. It is served with guacamole and hot sauce if desired. Take advantage! ; D
Obviously, they are closed by filling them with shredded chicken !!! = b
