Ingredients

  • 2 whole chicken breasts
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 cebolla
  • Mushrooms
  • Wooden sticks
  • Olive Oil
  • Sal Island

Preparation

  1. We cut the chicken into small squares, wash the zucchini and cut it, the two peppers and the onion.

  2. In addition, we cut the mushrooms and we introduce alternating the ingredients on the wooden skewer along with the chicken.

  3. When it comes to preparing them, I love them in the oven, you just have to preheat it to 180 degrees and once the oven is hot, brown the chicken skewers for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
