Chicken broth, the master recipe

I am outraged when I see all those broths advertised in tetra-bricks, and even more when they say they taste "like grandmother's." It will never taste like my grandmother's! It is true that many times we need a little broth for our stews, but there is no reason to throw away packaging, because broth is something that we can easily make ourselves and freeze servings for when we are going to need it.

That is why today I want to transmit you a very easy chicken broth recipe, which will only require us to dedicate five minutes. It will be the ideal base for soups, which the little ones love (except Mafalda), soft rice, stews and even as a consommé on cold days.

I'm going to try to see how it turns out. I plan to add liver and chicken gizzards to see how it comes out. How about?

I always make soup at home like this, no envelopes or brciks. And as for cooking, I put a piece of ham that has some "chicha" on it, because then I chop it with the chicken and there is a very complete soup that my 4-year-old girl will drink.
