The calzone is another way fun to eat pizza and in a collected way. It is made up of the same ingredients as a traditional pizza, only that it is closed like a pie they have a totally different shape. Children like it the same and their way of preparing it is very simple. You have to put it in the oven, wait for all its rich ingredients to cook and enjoy it!

Ingredients
- 275 g of prepared pizza dough with seeds (chia, quinoa and poppy)
- If you don't have the seed dough you can buy them and add it. If you want to make your own pizza dough go to this link.
- 4 thin fillets of chicken breast
- A quarter of onion
- A cup of tomato sauce just with olive oil
- Half a teaspoon of oregano powder
- Grated mozzarella cheese
- Sal Island
- Olive oil
Preparation
We peel the onion, cut a quarter of the onion and we make it small pieces.
In a frying pan we put to heat a little olive oil. When it is hot we add the chicken steaks with a little salt so that they begin to fry.
When the steaks are done on one side, we turn them over and add the onion pOr the sides so it cooks too.
With the poached onion and the fillet done, add the cup of fried tomato and we cook it all together for 3 to 5 minutes.
We prepare our dough. If you bought it ready-made and it is round, we will spread it out and cut it in half. If you have to knead it, we will spread it with a round shape and cut it in half. We have to have two half moons left.
With the breasts already made, we will cut everything into pieces to make it perfect and add it as a filling in the dough.
We place half a filling in a crescent and we cover with the grated cheese.
We fold by taking one of the ends of the dough and close the dough making the shape of a calzone. We put it in the oven at 200 °, for 12 to 15 minutes, with heat up and down. Once finished we will serve it hot.
