Ingredients

  • 415 chicken hams
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons old mustard
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 150 ml of brandy
  • Sal Island
  • Black pepper

Preparation

  1. We clean the chicken drumsticks, and we remove the skin so that they have less fat. Place the chicken drumsticks in a baking dish and add the brandy and salt it.

  2. In a bowl, mix the finely chopped garlic, mustard, honey, parsley and lemon juice. We remove everything and with the help of a cooking brush we paint the chicken, and we reserve what is left of the sauce.

  3. We preheat the oven to 180 degrees and roast the chicken drumsticks for about 25-30 minutes. After that time, we turn the hams over and paint them again with the rest of the sauce and bake for 25 more minutes.

  4. Once that time has passed, we serve the chicken and accompany it with some roasted potatoes, salad or rice.

    Hi! The brandy can be optional or just marinate for a while and we remove it and then add the sauce.
