There is nothing like traditional stews. Because they are healthy, because of the memories they carry and because they are delicious. Something like that happens with this stew chicken in sauce.
What it is to put the ingredients in the casserole is not going to take us a lot of time. The secret is in the cooking, over low heat and barely touching the ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 and a half chicken
- 2 tomates
- 1 cebolla
- 1 bell pepper
- Oregano
- Pepper grains
- Sal Island
- Extra virgin olive oil
Plus:
- 3 large potatoes
- Plentiful oil for frying
Preparation
Put the chicken in pieces in the saucepan.
Chop the tomato, the pepper and the onion.
We also put these ingredients in the saucepan. Add oregano, salt, a few grains of black pepper and a splash of olive oil.
First cook over high heat.
After about 10 minutes, let it cook over low heat.
When it is practically done, fry some potatoes in abundant oil.
