What it is to put the ingredients in the casserole is not going to take us a lot of time. The secret is in the cooking, over low heat and barely touching the ingredients.

  • 1 and a half chicken

  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 bell pepper
  • Oregano
  • Pepper grains

  1. Put the chicken in pieces in the saucepan.
  2. Chop the tomato, the pepper and the onion.

  4. First cook over high heat.
  5. After about 10 minutes, let it cook over low heat.
  6. When it is practically done, fry some potatoes in abundant oil.
