These Mozzarella and Chicken Sticks are perfect for any quick lunch or dinner in which we want to eat something tasty without spending a lot of time

500 gr of minced chicken meat

Egg
Flour (XNUMXg)
Bread crumbs

Preparation

In a bowl, salt and pepper the minced meat, and when you have it ready, make well-pressed small hamburgers, and place them on top of transparent film.
Once you have them all ready, put a mozzarella stick in the center of each chicken burger, and carefully roll until you get some sticks stuffed with mozzarella.
Put plenty of oil in a pan and let it heat up.
Dip each mozzarella and chicken stick first in flour, then in egg and finish by dipping in breadcrumbs.
Once the oil is very hot, add each mozzarella and chicken stick and fry until golden and crisp.
When they are done, remove the excess oil from each chicken and mozzarella stick with absorbent paper.
Accompany them with a good salad and barbecue sauce.
