Chicken fillets parmesan, with avocado and cheese

Although we have called them chicken fillets Parmigiana, we are going to prepare a variant of this mythical Italian recipe that comes with a filling of fried tomato slices, layers of cheese and tomato sauce. All baked and well accompanied by a green salad. In our version, we are going to add a special touch of avocado that will give it a very sweet flavor and touch.
