Ingredients

600 gr of chicken breasts cut into cubes
1 garlic clove
1 egg
soy sauce
shredded coconut
roasted corn flakes
Your favorite sauce to accompany

Preparation

Peel and chop the garlic. Mix it in a container with the soy sauce, add the chicken and let it marinate for 2 hours.
After that time, we remove the meat and drain it. We pass it through the beaten egg, the grated coconut and the well-crushed corn flakes.
We mount the chicken on the skewers and fry in a pan with plenty of hot oil.
You can also prepare this same recipe with shrimp tails or white fish.
If you want to give a special touch to the skewers, serve them accompanied by apple compote or some sweet and sour sauce.
