The traditional Manchego pisto is a dish in itself although we can get a lot out of it in the kitchen by serving it as a sauce or base for other meat dishes or fish. To save a bit, let's try the chicken ratatouille. If you also want save your time, use a quality canned ratatouille. For a more complete dish, serve the chicken with rice in white, boiled pasta or boiled potatoes.
