El roast chicken It is one of the dishes that I liked the most when I was a child. It used to be a Sunday dish and if the chicken was good, the potatoes were even better.
Now I do it often, even for dinner, but I prepare it in casserole. Therefore, I do not put the chicken and the potatoes on the oven tray but in that wonderful saucepan that allows me to cook meat, fish or vegetables in their own juice.
We are not going to add liquids, just a drizzle of oil on the potatoes and another on the chicken. That will be enough. So that the skin on the surface is very crispy, we will only have to grill it without the lid. Prepare a good salad and you will have a very complete menu.
