Today's is a traditional chicken stew. We will put vegetables, white wine and then tomato pulp. The result will be a juicy chicken with a delicious sauce so ... go prepare the bread that we will need here.
If you have time, once you have the stew ready, you can fry some potatoes. Then put them also in the saucepan, with the chicken and the sauce. Young and old will be delighted.
Chicken with vegetables and tomato

Ingredients
- 1 kilo of chicken in pieces
- 400 g tomato pulp
- One onion
- A carrot
- A stick of celery
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (small)
- 1 garlic clove
- 100 g of white wine
- Extra virgin olive oil
- A sprig of rosemary
- Sal Island
- Pepper
Preparation
We clean the vegetables.
We put the vegetables in a mincer or food processor and chop it. We can also chop the vegetables with a knife. We reserve it.
In a saucepan we add a splash of oil and, when it is hot, we seal the chicken, in two batches if necessary.
Once the meat is sealed, we put everything in the casserole and add the chopped vegetables.
We add salt, pepper and the sprig of rosemary. Sauté everything together for a few minutes.
Add the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
Once evaporated we remove the sprig of rosemary.
We add the tomato pulp.
We stir and let everything cook with the lid on for 30 or 35 minutes over low heat.
After that time we adjust the salt if necessary and we have it, ready to serve.
Notes
We can serve it with potatoes. For this we will only have to fry potatoes in the form of cubes and, once fried, add them to the stew. We have them in the fire for 3 minutes with our stew and… at the table!
