Do you like chickpeas? Today we are going to cook them with vegetables although these are not going to be seen. We are going to use mushrooms, carrots and leek and, once cooked, we will crush them. In this way we will obtain a broth with an exceptional texture and also with a lot of flavor.
I have cooked the chickpeas in the cocotte that you see in the photos but you can cook them in a simple saucepan or in your own pressure cooker, if you want to have them ready in a few minutes.
