Ingredients

  • 4 hake fillets
  • 3 eggs
  • Flour (XNUMXg)
  • Sal Island
  • Olive oil
  • Dried parsley
  • Yeast

Preparation

  1. Cook the hake in a pot with a drizzle of olive oil and a little salt.

  2. Once we have it cooked, we let it cool and in a bowl we beat the eggs. Once beaten, add the shredded hake and the flour little by little and a tablespoon of yeast, until we obtain a dough. We put a little dried parsley.

  3. We mix everything evenly and let it macerate overnight covered with transparent film.

  4. The next day, in a frying pan with plenty of hot olive oil, we make small balls with the dough and brown them one by one.

  5. We remove the excess oil with the help of an absorbent napkin so that they are perfect.

Notes

We can accompany these delicious fritters with slices of natural tomato and some small pieces of cheese from Burgos, olive oil, salt and oregano. They are delicious!
