Summer barbecues are always accompanied by some good sauces to brighten up those chops, ribs, sausages and burgers.

Chimichurri sauce is a special Argentine sauce for meat roasts. With garlic and various spices, this sauce enhances the flavor of the meat.

Ingredients

• 100 ml. of oil
• 100 ml. white vinegar
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 2 teaspoons of hot paprika or ground chili
• oregano
• thyme
• parsley
• laurel
• pepper
• shawl

Preparation

1. Crush the garlic with the peppercorns and a little salt in a mortar

2. Add the herbs and continue to mash until a paste is formed.

3. We dilute this mixture in the oil and vinegar and let it rest in the fridge for a couple of days.
