    The ingredients of the recipe do not match the photo. It seems that the photo has algae or some kind of grass and some pieces of… mushrooms? And the color with the saffron is also totally different.

      There is a mistake regarding the rice noodles. That is not the way to use them. The rice noodles must be previously soaked in cold water, and set aside. When the preparation is ready, the noodles are added to the soup.
      There is also an error regarding the preparation of the broth. This should cook for a minimum of 90 minutes.
