Ingredients
- 200g of Dark Chocolate for desserts
- 4 eggs
- 2 bananas
- 100g icing sugar
- 50gr of flour
- 150g margarine
Preparation
We put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees while we prepare the mixture.
We melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with the butter and mix both ingredients well. We are adding the eggs, sugar and flour one by one and we continue mixing everything.
We peel the bananas and with the help of a blender, we crush them and add them to the mixture.
We spread a cake mold, with butter and flour so that it does not stick and pour the mixture of our cake.
We bake for 30 minutes at about 200 degrees, and when we have it ready, we serve.
