If you don't have much time to prepare a dessert, this Chocolate Cake recipe will be ready in just 9 minutes and using the microwave

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sunflower oil
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 sachet of chemical yeast
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 large XL eggs

Preparation

  1. Mix the eggs with the sugar; add the milk and oil and continue stirring until everything is well integrated.

  2. Apart, we put the dry ingredients in a container and mix. Add this mixture three times to the wet ingredients, stirring each time.

  3. Grease a glass mold suitable for microwaves with butter and pour the mixture inside. We bake it at maximum power for 9 minutes. Then, we let it rest inside the mold for another five minutes.

  4. As a presentation idea, serve with melted chocolate fondant on top and some fresh berries.
