Chocolate cookies, for the children to make

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 60 g of cane sugar
• 60 g of sunflower oil
• 40 g of water
• 15 g of bitter cocoa powder
• 240 g flour
• 1 teaspoon yeast for sweets

Preparation

1. In a large bowl we put 1 egg.

2. We add the sugar.

3. We incorporate the oil and water.

4. Next we add the cocoa.

5. We mix everything with a spoon.

6. Add the flour and yeast and mix everything, first with the spoon and then with your hands.

7. Once we have the dough ready we are taking portions of about 15 g. With our hands we shape them into a ball.

8. We are placing the cookies on a baking tray covered with baking paper.

9. Bake at 180º for approximately 20 minutes.

Notes

You can add a few pieces of chocolate to the dough.
