Sesame balls filled with chocolate

Also calls mochi, these balls are a Japanese sweet made from glutinous rice flour (sold in specialized stores). They are cooked fried, emborrizada in sesame, and have a very sticky texture, with a very rich flavor thanks to its sweet filling. With these balls we can bring children closer to Japanese cuisine in a very fun way.

Glutinous rice is also gluten free, although its name suggests otherwise.
