500 ml. soy milk to chocolate
4 eggs
125 gr. ground sugar
3 tablespoons of liquid caramel plus the necessary to cover the mold
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation

Caramelize the flan mold and reserve. We preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
We beat the eggs together with the sugar so that they stay creamy and add the three tablespoons of caramel, a few drops of vanilla and the milk. If we use the pod instead of liquid vanilla, we will have to boil the milk with the pod and let it infuse until it cools.
Pour this preparation into the flan mold and place it on a baking sheet. Pour about two fingers of hot water to cook in a bain-marie and bake for 50-60 minutes, until set.
We remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
Put in the fridge for at least an hour, turn the mold over on a platter to serve the flan.
