Cups of chocolate hazelnut cream

This dessert is quite a delicatessen. For lovers of hazelnuts, creams and chocolates, this will be a lovely sweet. It is a very easy recipe and you just have to use the gelatin technique, where the final result will be some curdled glasses without the need to use the oven.

we will warm up milk with hazelnut cream and where we will add the gelatin. It would only remain to curdle in the refrigerator and cover with a layer of chocolate. It turns out delicious, right?

Ingredients

  • 400 ml of hazelnut milk
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 100 g of white hazelnut cream
  • 3 tablespoons of liquid caramel
  • 6 sheets of neutral gelatin
  • 125 g of dark chocolate for pastries
  • 4 tablespoons of hazelnut milk
  • 2 handfuls of raw hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Fill a large glass or small pitcher with cold water. we throw the 6 gelatin sheets to hydrate for a few minutes.

  2. Prepare a casserole to bring the fire. we throw the 400 ml of hazelnut milk, 100 g of hazelnut cream, 80 g of sugar and 3 tablespoons of liquid caramel. We put it to heat and remove.

  3. When it starts to boil, remove and add the hydrated gelatin and well drained. We remove immediately to dissolve it.

  4. Fill the cups with the prepared cream, let it warm and put it in the fridge for two hours for it to set.

  5. When we have them ready we prepare the chocolate cream. In a small saucepan we put the 125 g of chopped chocolate next to 4 tablespoons of milk.

  6. We put it on a low heat and melt it, stirring constantly. When we have it ready, we cover the glasses with a layer of this chocolate cream.

  7. we depart in bits the hazelnuts and we decorate the cups. We serve cold.
