Ingredients
- A puff pastry base
- 1 tablet of milk or pure chocolate, whichever you like the most
- 200 gr of small clouds
- One beaten egg yolk
- A bit of flour
- Lollipop sticks
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees while we prepare the lollipops.
Unroll the puff pastry on a previously floured surface and make small squares with it. Cut the chocolate into pieces (not too large because they have to go inside each piece of puff pastry). Put each piece of chocolate on top of each piece of puff pastry and place a few marshmallows or marshmallows on it. Cover with another rectangle of puff pastry, and add the lollipop stick.
Help yourself with a fork to close each end of the lollipop well and so that the content does not escape. Once you have it well sealed, to give the lollipops a golden touch, with the help of a silicone brush, paint each of the lollipops with the beaten egg yolk.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, until you notice that the chocolate lollipops are golden and crisp.
Before eating them, let them cool for a few minutes so that the puff pastry hardens slightly.
