Ingredients
- For two people
- A plate of fresh puff pastry
- 250 gr of chocolate chips
- 100 gr of sugar or white or brown, whichever you prefer
- Philadelphia cheese
- One beaten egg yolk

Preparation
We put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
We stretch our puff pastry and spread the Philadelphia cream. On it, the chocolate chips together with the sugar, so that it is well distributed throughout.
Once we have them on, we are carefully rolling the puff pastry until we leave it in the shape of a tube as in the image.
We cut the rolls with a knife approximately 1,5 cm wide (about the size of a finger), and we are placing them one by one on a baking tray with baking paper.
Finally, We paint them with the beaten egg yolk and bake them at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Voila! Some spectacular puff pastry and chocolate rolls.
