3 eggs
175 gr. sugar
250 gr. wheat flour
100 gr. of butter
250 ml. mild olive oil
20 gr. baking powder
100 gr. chocolate for desserts

Preparation

First we mix the yeast with the dry flour and reserve it.
Apart we mount the eggs with the sugar until they whiten. Then we add the softened butter and beat with the rods. To this cream we add the juice, oil, salt and zest. We love again.
Add the flour and yeast mixture little by little with a strainer and integrate it into the dough.
Add the chocolate pearls and mix well into the batter.
We incorporate the dough into a mold lined with baking paper or well greased and floured.
Bake the cake at 160 degrees in a preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes. It is preferable to place the cake at a medium-low oven height. The cake will be ready when we pierce the dough and the needle comes out clean.
Substitute the mandarin for another citrus fruit to be able to add its juice and its grated skin to the cake.
