200 gr. chorizo
100 gr. of stew meat
50 gr. of oil
3-4 tablespoons of flour.
500 ml. milk
bread crumbs
I beaten egg
oil
pepper
shawl
Preparation
First we chop the chorizo into very small pieces.
In a frying pan, heat the oil and add the chorizo. Sauté for a few minutes and add the shredded meat. We season.
Add the flour to the pan and cook over low heat so that it mixes with the ingredients and takes on colour. Then, we gradually add the milk and mix everything well.
Cook until we get a dough that detaches from the pan. Let the dough cool before forming the croquettes.
Bread in beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry the croquettes in hot oil.
