These choricitos will surprise us not only by the way they are prepared but also by its crunchy texture. We are going to cook them on fire, hence the original name of sausages to hell.

To create those flames we are going to use alcohol. In this case, brandy, but you can replace it with another as long as it has a high graduation.

  • 3 or 4 chorizos
  • Brandy or other alcohol with a high strength
Preparation
  1. We cut the chorizo ​​into thick slices. We put them in a clay pot.
  2. We sprinkle them with brandy or fine wine.
  3. We put them on the stove and, when it is hot, we remove them.
  4. We set the sausages on fire to flambé them and let them cook until the alcohol is consumed.
  5. And we already have them ready.
