Preparation

We put the beans in water the night before. In a saucepan we put the beans (without the soaking water), the bacon broken into pieces, the chorizo slices, the chopped onion and salt. Cover everything with water and bring the stew to a simmer.
As you see that the cooking liquid is consumed, you gradually add more water until the beans are done and begin to thicken.
When you see that the beans are tender, turn them off the heat.
In a frying pan, add a little oil and add the sliced garlic. When they start to brown, add a little paprika and stir so it doesn't burn. Then add a tablespoon of flour to finish the sauce. Mix the sauce with the beans, and put the pot over low heat for about 10 minutes so that the sauce is perfectly integrated.
