What if we prepare a rich, rich bread for breakfast? It's a sour cocoa bread but beware that it is not a cake, so do not expect it to be sweet.
It is very tasty toasted and even better if we put jam above, as if it were a traditional toast.
If you like bitter cocoa, you have to try it. In the photos you will see that we have given braid shape But, if you don't want to complicate it, give it an elongated shape and place it directly in the mold. It will be just as rich.

Ingredients
- 460 g flour
- 40 g of bitter cocoa powder
- 25 g fresh baker's yeast
- 120 g of natural yogurt
- 30 g olive oil
- 60g milk
- 80 g of water
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
We put the flour and cocoa in a large bowl.
We add the rest of the ingredients.
We mix everything well and knead.
We form a ball with the dough obtained and let it rest in a bowl covered with film.
You have to increase your volume.
When it has increased its volume we form a roll with the dough.
We cut it as seen in the photo.
We make the braid.
We prepare a plum cake mold (with greaseproof paper) and place the braid inside.
Let it rest, covering the mold with film, until it doubles its volume.
We turn on the oven at 180º. When it is hot we bake our bread for 30 or 40 minutes.
Doesn't this bread have yeast?
