Cocoa cake, with strawberries!

To prepare this cocoa and strawberry cake We are going to have to carry out two basic elaborations: the cocoa sponge cake and the whipped cream, also with cocoa. We will also prepare a very simple syrup and we will use an orange marmalade to give the cake a special touch.

In the preparation section I tell you how to carry out each of these preparations and, once we have them done, how to proceed to assemble the cake.

Taking advantage of the fact that we are in strawberry season and that they look spectacular I have chosen to decorate it with them. Of course, you can change the decoration depending on the season in which you prepare the cake and your tastes.
