Coconut and white chocolate truffles

Ingredients
- 5 wafer cookies (Artiach Nata type) or 10 ice cream wafers
- 200 gr. condensed milk
- 80 gr. grated coconut
- Hazelnuts or almonds
- 150 gr. white chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- grated coconut for coating
Preparation
Chop the wafer cookies by hand or with the help of a chopper.
In a bowl put the condensed milk, the 80 grams of coconut and half of the wafer cookies that we have chopped.
Mix well with the help of a spoon or spatula.
Refrigerate the dough obtained in the freezer for 15-30 minutes so that it takes consistency and is easier to handle.
After this time, take a portion of the mixture and place it on the palm of the hand, flattening it a bit.
Place a hazelnut or almond in the center.
Then close the mixture and form a ball. Do the same with all the mixture that we have prepared.
Pass truffles for the wafers that we had left. Reserve in the freezer.
Chop the white chocolate and melt it, in a water bath or in the microwave. To melt it in the microwave we must program 30 seconds, mix well, return to the program for another 30 seconds and mix again. Repeat as many times as necessary until the chocolate is completely melted. It should not be put on all the time at once because it can burn the chocolate.
Then we will pour the oil into the melted chocolate and mix well so that it is more fluid and it is easier to cover the truffles with it.
Then bathe the truffles with white chocolate. Put in the fridge for a few minutes so that the chocolate takes consistency.
And to finish, coat them in grated coconut. We already have our delicious coconut and white chocolate truffles ready.
