1 slice of village bread (half the size of a slice of sliced bread)
3 sheets of cod in pil-pil sauce
3 very thin slices of ham
50 gr. sweet white onion
oil

Preparation

Once we have the cod ready, we confit the onion
To do this, cut the onion into thick strips, salt it and let it rest in a strainer so that it releases water.
After half an hour we put it to confit in hot oil but without frying it for about 20 minutes until it is tender.
Toast the bread and put a base of onion, on top of the hot cod, which we will have laminated from a loin, and finally the slices of ham, which thanks to the heat of the fish will remain juicy thanks to the slightly melted bacon
