Lettuce cream, cold and low in calories

Lettuce is a vegetable that very seldom do we usually eat cooked. Being the queen of salads, I have only tried it in some vegetable stews in casserole and in the form of battered buds, very rich indeed. Do you cook the lettuce in any way? For now we will try the lettuce in this cold cream, with a mild and hypocaloric flavor. An ideal first for the summer.
