Have you seen what color this plate has? It is a simple pasta salad made with ingredients full of color.
The colored tomatoes they like the little ones very much. Besides being beautiful, they are loaded with flavor. The corn also has an intense color, the peas, the black olives ... and the best of all is that these ingredients, mixed together, are irresistible.
This salad can be taken cold or warm, cooking the pasta just before mixing the ingredients. You can put mayonnaise on it, pesto or just a splash of extra virgin olive oil. You will see what success.

Ingredients
- Water to cook the pasta
- Sal Island
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 300 g pasta
- 20 black olives
- 1 pot of corn
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 pot of cooked peas
- Colored tomatoes
Preparation
To cook the pasta we put water in a saucepan. When it starts to boil we add the salt. Add the pasta and let it cook for the time indicated on the package.
Once cooked, drain it slightly and put it in a bowl. We pour a drizzle of olive oil over the pasta.
While the pasta is cooking, we can wash and cut the colored tomatoes in half.
And now it only remains to mix ingredients. We put in the bowl, with the pasta, the chopped tomatoes. Add the olives, the drained corn, the tuna (also drained) and the peas without the canning liquid.
We mix everything, delicately. We salt if we consider it necessary and we already have our salad ready to serve.
