500 gr of pasta (shells or similar)
200 gr of tomatoes
50 gr. cheese spread or fresh cheese

Preparation

A few hours before preparing the tomato cream with cheese, add the coarsely chopped tomatoes to a bowl, salt and pepper them, add the minced garlic, a splash of oil and the chopped parsley to the bowl. Stir, and let the tomatoes aromatize for 15-20 minutes.
Put the pasta in a saucepan with plenty of water and let it cook until al dente.
Once we have the tomatoes flavored, we prepare the tomato cream with cheese. To do this, pour the contents of the bowl into a pan and let the tomato sauté, squashing them with a slotted spoon so that they release all their juice.
Fry the chorizo in another pan with a very little oil, and let it cook well.
Once we have the tomatoes ready (after about 8 minutes), add the cheese and sauté for two more minutes. Pass everything through a blender. In this way, the tomato cream with cheese will be very smooth. Add the chorizo to the tomato cream with cheese.
Mix the tomato cream with cheese, the chorizo and the pasta in a bowl. Ready to eat!
