Cooked croquettes without butter

We are going to prepare some creamy croquettes, soft and full of flavor. We are not going to use butter. We will with extra virgin olive oil to make them a little healthier.

We will use the stew meat that we have left over. In this case I have also added the carrot and the onion that I used to prepare the broth. The good thing about using cooked vegetables is that it is so soft that children do not even notice it.
