We are going to prepare an easy cake, without an oven and that children can prepare even without help.
We will have to do the custard cream and, once done, they will only have to form the layers of ingredients.
They will love it. The cookies They are soft and the flavor of the pastry cream is practically like that of custard.

Ingredients
For the cookies:
- 125 g of breakfast cookies (or more, if we want a bigger cake)
- 5 tablespoons of bitter cocoa powder
- 250 g milk at room temperature
For the pastry cream:
- 100 g of sugar
- 500g milk
- 50 g cornstarch
- 3 eggs
Preparation
We are going to prepare the pastry cream in Thermomix. We put in the glass all the ingredients of the cream and we program 7 minutes, 90º, speed 4.
If we do not have Thermomix we will prepare it in a saucepan, putting it on the fire and stirring at all times.
Once the cream is made, we let it warm for a few minutes.
When the cream is warm or even cold, we are going to assemble the cake.
We put the milk in a small bowl. We bathe the cookies, one by one, in the liquid mixture that we have just prepared. We are placing them at the base of a removable mold.
On that first layer of cookies we put a layer of pastry cream, spreading it with the spoon.
With the help of a strainer, sprinkle a little bit of bitter cocoa powder over it.
We continue with the layers: cookies, cream and cocoa, until we finish with our ingredients or until we consider that our cake is high enough. We finish with a layer of cookies and the cocoa sprinkled.
We leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours, until it is very cold.
