Cooking Tricks: How to Cook Rice So It Is Loose

I get mad when I cook the rice and it looks like a mazacote… Has it ever happened to you? Surely yes, that's why today I want to give you a little trick so that the rice is always loose and delicious, with all its flavor.

It is easy and simple. To make the rice looser, you just have to sauté it first before cooking, with a little oil or butter in a pan. In this way, it will solarize all the starch and we will not have any mazacote when we put it to cook later.
Once we have it sautéed or sautéed in the pan, when you add the water, stir the rice only once after adding the water, so that the grains are released. Do not stir it again until it has absorbed all the water.

Remember that water and rice measurements are very important, for that reason unless the rice is special and the measure indicated by the manufacturer, use always twice as much rice as water.
