    1. Parsley salt: Put 30 g of parsley in a container and blend with the blender. Add 100 ml of water and continue grinding. Then strain to extract the water from the parsley. Put the amount of salt you want to flavor on a plate and soak it with the parsley water, adding the water little by little so as not to go over liquid. Spread the salt well and let it dry. While it dries, move the salt from time to time, and when it is completely dry, store it in a container to dress your dishes.

If you haven't had time to prepare it, what you can do is grate the skin of an orange the night before, and leave the zest spread out to dry. The next day when it is dry, break the zest with your fingers, and add the flake salt, mixing both ingredients well. Store in a container so that the aromas are concentrated.
    3. Rosemary and rose petal salt: It is a perfect salt for meat and seafood that will add a subtle touch to dishes. Let a few rose petals and a few rosemary leaves dry. When they are dry, break them with your fingers so that the pieces are smaller, and mix with the salt. Store in a container and ready to use.

What type of salt is the most recommended

    1.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

      Hello Andres:

It depends a bit on the procedure. I usually use one type of salt or another. In those recipes that have some preparation, such as grinding or similar, I use table salt directly. However, in those that only mix I use Maldon salt, this is how the salt flakes are flavored and ready to use.

      A kiss!!

      Hi Liliana:
You can use coarse salt. Let it dry flat on a tray. It will evaporate little by little.
