They love them. They are soft and have corn and prawns so they are irresistible for the little ones. Well, they are actually irresistible croquettes for everyone.

Ingredients
- 150 g small prawns
- 1 medium onion
- 60 butter g
- 60 g flour
- 400 g of very hot milk
- Sal Island
- Nutmeg
- 60 g corn, drained (canned)
- Sunflower oil for frying
- Egg and breadcrumbs for breading
Preparation
Cook the prawns in water. We reserve them.
In a wide frying pan we put the butter and the onion. We poach the onion for approximately 10 minutes.
Add the flour and sauté it for a couple of minutes.
Now we are adding the milk, little by little, without stopping to stir, until we dissolve all the flour. We add salt and nutmeg and continue stirring. When we see that the dough peels off the pan, it will mean that it is ready.
At that moment we add the prawns that we have cooked at the beginning and the drained corn.
We stir so that everything is well integrated.
We turn off the fire and put our dough in a bowl. We let it cool down.
We prepare a bowl with breadcrumbs and another with egg and milk
We shape our balls and coat them in egg and breadcrumbs. To make them super crunchy we can make a double batter that would be: egg, breadcrumbs, egg and breadcrumbs.
We fry them in plenty of sunflower oil.
