Ingredients

• 500 gr. chicken breast
• 100 gr. mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons of mango chutney
• 1 teaspoon of curry
• lime juice
• pepper
• oil
• shawl

Preparation

1. We cook the breast cut into cubes and seasoned in a pan with oil until it is well golden.

2. Prepare a sauce with the mayonnaise, mango chutney, curry, a little lime juice and salt to taste.

3. Mix with the chicken and refrigerate for a while if you want. We can also add fruits and dried fruits such as nuts or raisins.
