Country rice, with lots of vegetables and some meat

Country rice is one of those dishes to eat on a Sunday accompanied by friends and family. Since we are feeling the freshness in our meats, this type of stews with a lot of conduct (as grandmothers say) are appealing. The recipe is not very defined in terms of ingredients, as long as we add meat and vegetables. Yes indeed, Country rice is tasty, so it must have a good base of stir-fry, broth and natural products.

Note: This type of stewed rice is best left to rest for a few minutes before serving so that they cool a bit and take on the right texture and become more powerful in flavor.
