Ingredients
- 30 g onion
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 500 g of zucchini (weight once peeled)
- 125 g frozen peas
- 400 g semi-skimmed milk
- 100 g of water
- Sal Island
- Dried aromatic herbs
- 1 tablespoon hummus
- Some frozen prawns (once cooked on the surface)
Preparation
Put a splash of oil in a saucepan and add the onion, cut into julienne strips. We cook it for a few minutes.
