Ingredients
- 100 g of couscous
- 120 ml of boiling water
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- 1 Tomate
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
- White wine vinegar
- 2 cans of large pickled mussels
Preparation
We place the 100 g of couscous over a bowl. we put to boil 120 g of water. When it starts to boil, throw it over the couscous and stir.
Let it soak well and cover it with a plate so that it soften couscous.
While we are chopping the vegetables. We wash the green pepper and we cut it into very small pieces.
We wash tomato and we also cut it into small pieces.
We peel and cut the onion into small pieces.
When we have ready the couscous we add chopped vegetables.
Season the entire mixture, pouring the salt, olive oil and white wine vinegar. We test to see if we have to rectify what we have thrown out.
To serve it, we can choose a large metal ring, in this way everything will be more centered without spreading too much across the plate.
We put the couscous inside the ring.
then place us the mussels on top of the heap and we remove the ring. We will observe how a star and excellent dish turns out as a first course.
