These Crab Pancakes are a perfect starter to surprise and they are also very easy to prepare

Ingredients

  • 100 gr. crab meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 gr. grated cheese powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 spoonful of butter
  • pepper
  • peppers
  • shawl

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the crab meat for a couple of minutes.

  2. Beat the eggs and season them with salt, pepper, paprika and chopped parsley

  3. Mix with the crab meat.

  4. We put the dough in individual molds or in plate rings and bake them at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
