I have learned this recipe through a friend who is not very fond of cheese. He says he does his "Cheesecake that doesn't taste like cheese". It actually has much more content than other dairy products such as yogurt or cream. It only has three servings of cheeses.

Ingredients

  • 1 Greek yogurt
  • 1 glass of flour yogurt
  • 1 glass of milk yogurt
  • half a glass of sugar yogurt
  • 3 cheeses in portions
  • 200 ml. liquid cream

Preparation

  1. We beat all the ingredients in the mixer until obtaining a homogeneous cream.

  2. We pour the dough on a mold lined with parchment paper and cook in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for 40 or 50 minutes.

  3. When the cake is curdled, remove it from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.

  4. Then we put it in the fridge to drink it cold and make it more consistent.
