This cream cheese and dill sauce for pasta it is prepared in a very simple way and has a flavor soft y creamy that allows us to combine it with any type of pasta, dry or fresh pasta, filled or unfilled. It also serves as a base because you can add some extra ingredient If you feel like it, like some small pieces of ham or turkey, some prawns, a few pieces of chicken or a little smoked salmon. In this way we will have multiple combinations to vary our menu.

Ingredients
- 100 gr. cream cheese (type "Philadelphia")
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 180 gr. evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of dill
Preparation
Pour the oil and cream cheese into a skillet and stir over low heat until the cheese melts well.
Add the evaporated milk and stir for a couple of minutes until we obtain a homogeneous cream.
Add the garlic powder and dill while continuing to stir.
Finally add the grated cheese and cook over low heat, stirring until the cheese has completely dissolved and the sauce has a creamy consistency without lumps.
Cook pasta to our liking and serve with the sauce on top.
