Ingredients

200 g of feta cheese
150 g of cream cheese type Philadelphia
The juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
1 garlic clove
Ground black pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

We will use a processor robot to get a creamier mixture. If we use a Thermomix we will add the 200 g of feta cheese next to the 150 g of cream cheese.
We squeeze the juice of half a lemon and add it to the mix.
El fresh rosemary We will cut it into very small pieces. We will do the same with garlic, we will peel it and cut it as thin as possible. We add everything in the glass.
We program the mixture to speed 4 for 30 seconds.
At the end of the time we open the lid, lower the mixture to the bottom of the glass and taste the mixture.
Season with salt and pepper. Add the four tablespoons of olive oil and mix again for 30 seconds at speed 4.
