2 large broccoli
1 Zucchini
2 onions
1 leek
1 liter of vegetable stock
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Black pepper
Sal Island

Preparation

We cut the broccoli flowers and leave the stem reserved to prepare another day a good vegetable broth. We wash all the vegetables and chop the zucchini, onion, and leek.
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and fry the onion for a couple of minutes. Add the leek and cook a few minutes until both are transparent the leek. Add the zucchini and stir everything well. After about 6 minutes, add the broccoli and cover with the vegetable broth.
Bring everything to a boil, cover and cook over medium heat until the vegetables are tender.
We blend with the mixer until we find a homogeneous and creamy texture. And we add a little ground black pepper.
