Ingredients
- 400 g small or baby potatoes
- 500 g of special pastry cream (it is softer than cooking cream)
- 6 slices of smoked bacon
- Water
- Sal Island
- Ground black pepper
- 180 g of grated cheese (especially 4 cheese)
- 1 handful of chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
In a saucepan we put water and a little salt to cook the potatoes. We wash the potatoes well and we put them in the water. When it starts to boil, let it boil until soft, about 20 minutes.
When we have them ready, we drain them. We place it in a small fountain that can go in the oven and we put the potatoes inside.
We cut the bacon into strips and add it to the potatoes. We add the liquid cream and pour salt and ground black pepper.
